The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-1.0 part of a hardening accelerator, 1.5-3.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.15-0.30 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.4-0.8 part of a defoaming agent and 4-8 parts of composite functional fibers.
