The invention provides high-entropy ceramic with an olivine structure and a preparation method of the high-entropy ceramic. The chemical general formula of the high-entropy ceramic is LiMg < 1-x > A < x > PO4 (0 lt; x is less than or equal to 0.8), and A is at least four elements of Zn, Cu, Mg, Ni, Mn and Co. A solid-phase reaction sintering method is adopted, the preparation method is simple, the sintering temperature is lower than 950 DEG C, and application to a low-temperature co-firing technology is facilitated. The high-entropy ceramic with the olivine structure can obtain excellent comprehensive microwave dielectric properties under the condition that a positive tau f value material does not need to be additionally added. The LiMg0.9 (ZnNiMnCo) 0.025 PO4 ceramic sintered at the temperature of 875 DEG C has excellent microwave dielectric properties: epsilon r is equal to 8.13, Q * f is equal to 37149 GHz, and tau f is equal to-9.7 ppm/DEG C.
