A worker puts a mixture into the asphalt mixing tank main body from a discharging port, a positive and negative motor is started to drive a rotating shaft to rotate, an auger is driven by the rotating shaft to rotate along the inner wall of a cylinder, a cross connecting frame is driven by the rotating shaft to rotate, and meanwhile, the cross connecting frame drives an externally mounted rectangular rod to rotate; and when the rotating shaft rotates in the forward direction, the cleaning plate is not in contact with the inner wall of the asphalt mixing tank main body and is in contact with the inner wall of the asphalt mixing tank main body in the reverse direction, and in the process, the cleaning speed of the mixture adsorbed on the inner wall of the asphalt mixing tank main body is increased.
