The invention discloses a lattice pier assembly type stiff skeleton straining beam and a construction method, the straining beam is designed into a stiff skeleton encased concrete structure, the stiff skeleton adopts H-shaped steel to replace main reinforcing steel bars, and the reinforcing steel bars of the straining beam, a template and a bracket are processed into a whole in an assembly field; the movable pull rod is positioned on the H-shaped steel stiff framework to form the assembly type straining beam; and when the lattice pier is constructed to the straining beam, the lattice pier passes through the hoisting point on the H-shaped steel. The invention has the following advantages: (1) the straining beam adopts a fabricated stiff skeleton straining beam encased concrete structure, a large amount of high-altitude operation is changed into ground operation, the risk of high-altitude operation is reduced, the process is simple, the operation period is short, and the overall construction progress of the lattice pier is greatly improved; (2) the fabricated stiff skeleton straining beam can be adjusted according to the actual site construction condition to be synchronously or asynchronously constructed with the lattice pier column, so that the lattice pier construction is more flexible and efficient; and (3) the assembly type stiff skeleton straining beam is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, reusable and low in cost.
