The manual mechanical vehicle locking mechanism comprises a U-shaped shell, one side of the shell is connected with a vertical mounting plate, the side, close to the shell, of the vertical mounting plate is connected with a hinge seat, the hinge seat is rotationally connected with a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a vehicle locking hook, and one end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a main shaft; the main shaft is rotationally connected with the shell, one end of the main shaft penetrates out of the shell, and the penetrating-out end is connected with a fixator for limiting the main shaft. By rotating the main shaft, the first rotating shaft can be driven to rotate, and the first rotating shaft drives the vehicle locking hook to rotate, so that the vehicle locking hook is stably locked on a bumper of a truck, and the position of the main shaft can be limited through the fixer, so that the vehicle locking hook stays at a proper angle to adapt to bumpers at different positions or with different models.
本发明公开了一种手动机械锁车机构,包括呈U型的外壳,外壳的一侧连接有立式安装板,立式安装板上靠近外壳的一侧连接有铰接座,铰接座上转动连接有第一转轴,第一转轴上固定连接有锁车钩,第一转轴的一端连接有主轴,主轴与外壳转动连接,主轴的一端由外壳穿出,且穿出端连接有对主轴进行限位的固定器。通过转动主轴,能带动第一转轴转动,第一转轴带动锁车钩转动,从而使锁车钩稳定地锁在货车的保险杠上,而且通过固定器能对主轴的位置进行限位,以使锁车钩停留在合适的角度,以适配不同位置或型号的保险杠。
