The tunnel segment cleaning device comprises a cleaning assembly and a lifting assembly, the cleaning assembly comprises a framework, multiple roller brushes and a first driving assembly, the framework is in an arc shape, the upper wall of the framework is matched with a segment in shape, and the multiple roller brushes are distributed in the extending direction of the framework at intervals; each roller brush extends in the extending direction of the tunnel and is rotatably mounted on the framework through a roller shaft, the first driving assembly comprises a plurality of first driving parts, and the multiple first driving parts are arranged in the multiple roller brushes in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the lifting assembly is connected with the lower wall of the framework and used for driving the framework to ascend and descend so as to drive the roller brush to be attached to or separated from the duct piece. Each first driving piece is used for driving the corresponding roller brush to rotate around the roller shaft when the roller brushes are attached to the duct piece. The tunnel segment cleaning device is higher in cleaning efficiency, potential safety hazards of manual cleaning can be avoided, and the safety of operators is ensured.
