Structure for preventing uneven sinking of drainage pipeline and construction method
The invention discloses a structure for preventing a drainage pipeline from sinking unevenly and a construction method. The structure comprises an encapsulation system. The two ends of the encapsulating system are connected with steel sheet piles. The encapsulation system is connected with a first water pipeline; a concrete pipe seat foundation is mounted at the lower end of the first water pipeline; waist beams are arranged at the two ends of the tops of the steel sheet piles. A steel strut beam is connected between the opposite waist beams on the two sides. Cement is poured among the concrete pipe base foundation, the multiple layers of stone chip backfilling thoracic cavities, the pipe top gravel chip bottom plate and the packaging system, and therefore supporting of the lower portion of the deep foundation pit and transverse supporting of the foundation pit are achieved. Compared with other supporting structures, the price of raw materials of the form reinforced concrete structure is relatively economical, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种预防排水管道不均匀下沉结构及施工方法,包括包封体系;所述包封体系两端连接有钢板桩;所述包封体系上连接有第一水管道;所述第一水管道下端安装有混凝土管座基础;所述钢板桩顶部两端均设置有腰梁;且两侧相对的所述腰梁之间连接有钢支梁。本发明通过设置的混凝土管座基础、多层石屑回填胸腔、管顶碎石石屑底板和包封体系之间浇筑有水泥,用以实现深基坑下部支撑和基坑横向支撑。相对于其他支撑结构,形式钢筋砼结构的原材价格相对较为经济,大大降低了施工成本。
