Concrete-filled steel tube prestressed truss and assembly structure thereof
The invention discloses a concrete-filled steel tube prestressed truss and an assembly structure thereof. The concrete-filled steel tube prestressed truss comprises steel tubes and supporting rods. The steel pipes and the supporting rods are connected to form a truss structure. A containing cavity is formed in the steel pipe; prestressed tendons are arranged in the containing cavity in the length direction of the containing cavity in a tensioning mode, and the containing cavity is filled with concrete in a pouring mode. The assembly structure of the concrete-filled steel tube prestressed truss comprises a plurality of the concrete-filled steel tube prestressed trusses, and the ends of a plurality of truss structures are fixedly connected through flange structures and bolts which are fixed to the truss structures to form an assembly type frame structure in a combined mode. And the prestressed tendons penetrate through the accommodating cavities of the steel pipes of the butted truss structures. By arranging the prestressed reinforcements in the steel pipe and filling the steel pipe with the concrete, the technical problems of rigid strength, tensile strength, load force, internal corrosion prevention, fire prevention and the like of the steel pipe are solved. A prestressed reinforcement penetrating method is adopted for connection, and the problem that traditional truss connection is poor in integrity is solved.
本发明公开了一种钢管混凝土预应力桁架及其装配结构,钢管混凝土预应力桁架包括钢管和支撑杆;钢管和支撑杆连接形成桁架结构;钢管两端开口,且内部具有容纳空腔;容纳空腔内部沿其长度方向张拉布置有预应力筋,且容纳空腔内部浇筑填充有混凝土。钢管混凝土预应力桁架的装配结构,包括多个上述的一种钢管混凝土预应力桁架,多个桁架结构的端头通过与其固定的法兰结构和螺栓紧固连接,组合形成装配式框架结构;预应力筋贯穿对接的桁架结构的钢管的容纳空腔。本发明通过钢管内部设置预应力钢筋并填充混凝土,解决了钢管刚性强度、抗拉强度、荷载力、内部防腐、防火等技术问题。采用预应力钢筋贯穿法连接,解决了传统桁架连接整体性差的问题。
