The invention relates to an ultrahigh curtain wall hanging basket wind swing preventing device which is installed on a sling of a hanging basket and comprises a moving mechanism, a wind swing preventing mechanism, a wind swing preventing mechanism and a wind swing preventing mechanism. The suction cup mechanism is slidably connected with the moving mechanism, and the suction cup mechanism can be slidably adjusted in the direction close to the curtain wall and then is adsorbed to the curtain wall, so that the sling is prevented from swinging along with wind; the suction cup mechanism is arranged between the crane at the top of the curtain wall and the hanging basket at the end of the sling, so that the unfixed length between the hanging basket and the crane is reduced, and the problem that when the distance between the hanging basket and a hanging arm of the crane is too large, the hanging basket shakes violently due to slight shaking of the crane is solved; and by arranging the moving mechanism, the fixed position of the suction cup mechanism can be adjusted according to the position of the hanging basket, so that the unfixed length between the crane and the hanging basket is adjusted, and the hanging basket is more stable.
