The foldable portable protective shelter comprises a supporting rod, a mounting base is fixedly arranged at the top end of the supporting rod, an umbrella frame formed by a plurality of umbrella ribs is movably connected to the mounting base, the umbrella ribs are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the mounting base, an umbrella cover is arranged on the outer surface of the umbrella frame, and the umbrella cover is arranged on the outer surface of the umbrella frame.
