The invention provides a pulley assembly displacement amplification type tuned mass inerter damper which comprises a tuned mass inerter damper body arranged on a controlled part, and the tuned mass inerter damper body comprises a first driving device, a damping control system, a second driving device and an intelligent control system. The damping control system is connected with the first driving device and the second driving device through the pulley block. By arranging the pulley block, the relative displacement between the TMD and the bridge can be greatly amplified, the working efficiency of the damper can be greatly improved, and the actual vibration reduction requirement can be met only through the damper with small parameters. And meanwhile, the displacement is guided out of the TMD, so that the damper is more convenient to mount and is not limited by the motion amplitude of the TMD any more. And finally, linear motion can be changed into rotation, and the rotation is used for forming an inertial device to increase the effect of the damper or directly serving as the damper.
