The invention discloses a sol-gel preparation method of a mesoporous carbon membrane, the mesoporous carbon membrane and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a phenolic compound in a solvent, and adding a template agent; (2) adding an aldehyde compound and an amine compound to obtain a mixed solution; (3) carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution to obtain an organic film precursor; (4) performing high-temperature carbonization on the organic film precursor; wherein the solid content of the mixed solution is 20-30 wt%. According to the method, the production period is remarkably shortened, the preparation efficiency is high, the success rate is high, forming of any specification can be conducted, the obtained porous structure can tolerate high-temperature treatment and does not collapse, and the obtained mesoporous carbon film can be applied to gas separation or liquid separation.
本发明公开了一种介孔炭膜的溶胶‑凝胶制备方法及介孔炭膜和应用。所述制备方法包括:(1)将酚类化合物溶解于溶剂中,加入模板剂;(2)加入醛类化合物、胺类化合物,得到混合液;(3)将所述混合液进行水热反应,得到有机膜前驱体;(4)将所述有机膜前驱体进行高温炭化;其中,所述混合液的固含量为20~30wt%。本发明方法生产周期显著缩短,制备效率高、成功率高,可进行任意规格成型,所得多孔结构能耐受高温处理不坍塌,所得介孔炭膜可应用于气体分离或液体的分离。
