The invention relates to a colorful reinforced acrylic solid plate and a preparation method thereof. The solid plate is of an ABCDCBA composite layer structure. Wherein A is a scratch-resistant antistatic layer, B is an anti-ultraviolet (UV) layer, C is an acrylic base material layer, and D is cylindrical colored lines; the cylindrical color lines are embedded into the acrylic base material layer at equal intervals. Colorful light rays in different directions are emitted to the interior of the acrylic plate along the periphery of a cylindrical interface through the cylindrical colored lines, so that the plate shows a dyeing visual effect; meanwhile, the light transmittance of the plate can still be maintained to be 92% or above, the lines are located in the acrylic plate and can not be affected by external weather, the overall color performance can be kept stable for a long time, and good market application prospects are achieved.
本发明涉及一种炫彩加筋亚克力实心板及其制备方法，所述实心板为ABCDCBA复合层结构；其中，A为耐刮擦抗静电层，B为抗紫外UV层，C为亚克力基材层，D为圆柱形彩色线条；所述圆柱形彩色线条等间距嵌入所述亚克力基材层内部。本发明通过圆柱形彩色线条，沿着圆柱形的界面四周向亚克力板内部发射不同方向的彩色光线，从而使得板材呈现出染色的视觉效果；同时，板材的透光率依然可以维持92％以上，而且线条处于亚克力板材内部，可以不受外部气候影响，能长期保持整体颜色性能稳定，具有良好的市场应用前景。
