The invention relates to the technical field of safety warning, in particular to a platform lifting type safety warning device which comprises a lifting assembly and a stop lever, the lifting assembly comprises a first lifting assembly and a second lifting assembly, the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly are symmetrically arranged, and the stop lever is fixedly installed between the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly; a controller is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the second lifting assembly, and a warning lamp and a loudspeaker are fixedly installed outside the controller. A connecting piece is arranged at the output end of the first lifting assembly and comprises a supporting plate, and a laser transmitter is rotationally installed in the supporting plate in the vertical direction. A lens is fixedly installed on one side of the second lifting assembly, and the upper portion and the lower portion of the lens on one side of the second lifting assembly are each fixedly provided with a photosensitive plate. The stop lever is located in the middle of the body of a pedestrian to prevent the pedestrian from crossing the warning area; when the pedestrian blocks the light of the laser transmitter, the controller controls the loudspeaker to give out warning sound or controls the warning lamp to give out warning light.
