The base is arranged on the ship body; the rotating assembly is arranged on the base; the conveying assembly is arranged on the base; the garbage collecting piece is rotationally connected with the conveying assembly; the conveying assembly comprises a conveying unit, and the conveying unit is used for conveying the garbage collected by the garbage collecting piece; wherein the rotating assembly is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the conveying unit, and the garbage collecting piece is rotationally connected with the conveying unit, so that the garbage collecting piece is adjusted to be in or out of water.
