The skid-mounted water pumping assembly comprises a frame body, a generator set, a submersible pump, a storage battery, a pipe coiling device, a cable coiling device and a control cabinet, the frame body comprises an upper-layer frame body and a lower-layer frame body, the generator set and the pipe coiling device are arranged in the lower-layer frame body, and the control cabinet and the cable coiling device are both arranged in the upper-layer frame body; the submersible pump is placed in the upper-layer frame body or the lower-layer frame body, the generator set and the submersible pump are electrically connected through a control switch in the control cabinet, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the generator set. The generator set is used for generating power to enable the submersible pump to operate, the hose winder is used for winding a hose, the cable winder is used for winding a cable, and the accumulator jar is used for providing electric energy for the generator set during starting.
