The invention discloses an environment-friendly concrete composite anticorrosive coating and a preparation method thereof.The anticorrosive coating is prepared from tannic acid, a KH-550 silane coupling agent, nano SiO2 and deionized water according to the proportion of 1: (0.125-2): (0.25-4): (125-500), the preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, base material pretreatment is conducted, specifically, floating ash and residue impurities on the surface of concrete are removed; s2, preparing a mixed solution of tannic acid, a KH-550 silane coupling agent and nano SiO2; s3, after the surface of concrete is cleaned up, the concrete is put into the mixed solution obtained in the step S2 to be soaked, and after soaking is completed, the concrete is taken out and cleaned; s4, the concrete is put into a Fe < 3 + >-containing ionic solution to be soaked, and after soaking is completed, the concrete is taken out, washed and aired; and S5, finally, spraying or dip-coating a hydrophobic agent on the surface of the concrete, and airing to finish the preparation. The prepared concrete anticorrosive coating is rich and uniform in micro-nano structure, good in hydrophobicity and mechanical stability and capable of effectively resisting corrosion of corrosive ions in the marine environment, and the durability of a concrete structure is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种环保混凝土复合防腐涂层及其制备方法,所述防腐涂层由鞣酸、KH‑550硅烷偶联剂、纳米SiO2、去离子水按照1:0.125~2:0.25~4:125~500的比例制成,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:S1、基材预处理:清除混凝土表面浮灰、残渣杂质;S2、配置鞣酸、KH‑550硅烷偶联剂、纳米SiO2混合溶液;S3、将混凝土表面清理干净后,放入步骤S2中所获得的混合溶液中浸泡,浸泡完成后取出洗净;S4、再将混凝土放入含Fe3+离子溶液中浸泡,浸泡完成后取出洗净晾干;S5、最后在混凝土表面喷涂或浸涂疏水剂,晾干后即制备完成;本发明制得的混凝土防腐涂层微纳米结构丰富均匀,疏水性与机械稳定性良好,能够有效抵御海洋环境中腐蚀离子侵蚀,极大增强了混凝土结构的耐久性。
