The invention discloses a bridge support shock absorption and isolation device which comprises a device body, a shock absorption mechanism is installed in the device body, symmetrically-distributed connecting steel plates are fixedly installed at the top and the bottom of a lead core, and two sets of symmetrically-distributed inner connecting bolts are fixedly installed at the tops of the connecting steel plates.
