The invention discloses an ocean oil spill treatment device for friction nanometer power generation, and belongs to the technical field of ocean oil spill treatment. Comprising a buoy, a hydrophobic and oleophylic filter unit communicating the inside and the outside of the buoy, a buffer unit and an oleophobic and hydrophilic filter unit which are arranged in the buoy, and an energy harvesting unit, the hydrophobic and oleophylic filtering unit is arranged on the peripheral surface of the buoy, and is used for primarily filtering external marine spilled oil based on a hydrophobic and oleophylic principle and draining the external marine spilled oil into the buoy; the buffer unit is in butt joint with an outlet of the hydrophobic oleophylic filter unit and is used for reducing the flow velocity of oil entering the buoy, so that layering treatment of oil and water is facilitated; the oleophobic and hydrophilic filtering unit is located in the layered water medium, carries out secondary filtering on the water medium in the buoy based on the oleophobic and hydrophilic principle, and discharges the filtered water out of the buoy. Based on different properties of oil and water in marine oil spill, a treatment mode of combining hydrophobic, oleophylic, oleophobic and hydrophilic two-time filtration with an oil-water layering technology is adopted, and low-energy-consumption green and environment-friendly oil spill treatment is realized.
