Meanwhile, the surface of the roadbed can be cleaned before drilling, and meanwhile, a rotating assembly in the water spraying assembly is matched with a rotating base, so that the spraying angles of a plurality of spraying heads can be changed, and cooling liquid sprayed out of the spraying heads can be directly sprayed to the contact face between a drilling cylinder and the roadbed; and therefore, the drilling barrel can be cooled better.
