The invention discloses an anchorage device with a recoverable anchor cable and a using method thereof.The anchorage device with the recoverable anchor cable comprises a shell, a push-pull component and an umbrella-shaped component, the shell comprises a hollow shell and an anchor head arranged at one end of the hollow shell, and a first pipe body and a second pipe body which communicate with each other are coaxially and fixedly connected into the hollow shell; the second pipe body is located between the anchor head and the first pipe body, the aperture of the end, close to the first pipe body, of the second pipe body is larger than that of the first pipe body, and a plurality of sliding rods penetrate through the side portions of the second pipe body and the hollow shell. According to the invention, after the anchor cable is in threaded connection with the push-pull rod, the recyclable anchorage device of the anchor cable can be mounted in the formed anchor cable mounting hole by pushing the anchor cable; by rotating the anchor cable, the anchor cable can be fixed in the anchor cable mounting hole so as to be conveniently tensioned; and the threaded connection relation between the anchor cable and the push-pull rod can be released by rotating the anchor cable in the opposite direction, so that the anchor cable is conveniently pulled out, and the anchor cable is conveniently recycled.
