The invention relates to the technical field of excavation, in particular to an earthwork excavation construction device which comprises a body, a bucket rod arranged on the body and a bucket arranged at the end of the bucket rod and further comprises two cleaning rods, and the two cleaning rods are arranged on the two sides of the interior of the bucket respectively. The connecting shaft is rotationally arranged between the bucket and the bucket rod; and the two synchronous processing units are arranged on the two sides of the bucket correspondingly and connected with the cleaning rods on the adjacent sides correspondingly, and according to the earthwork excavation construction device, when a worker conducts earthwork excavation operation, the adjacent cleaning rods can be driven to move in the bucket through the synchronous processing units when the bucket unloads soil, and therefore the working efficiency is improved. According to the technical scheme, clay on the lower middle portions of the side plates and the bottom plate of the bucket is treated, the bucket is reset when loaded with the soil, non-stop cleaning of the bucket can be achieved, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and a hydraulic cylinder of the bucket can be prevented from being damaged.
