Through cooperation of the main body, the water distribution piece and the rotor, water is integrally discharged from the first water outlet, and water in at least two different forms can be sprayed out for a user to use; the rotor is driven to rotate by water pressure without additionally arranging a motor, so that the structure is simplified and the cost is reduced.
