The invention discloses a composite wall with a dry-type connecting structure, which comprises an outer-layer wall plate, an inner-layer wall plate and a connecting and fixing mechanism, and is characterized in that the connecting and fixing mechanism comprises a second connecting keel and a plurality of first connecting keels, and the second connecting keel is a rectangular frame structure parallel to the outer-layer wall plate; the outer side of the rectangular frame structure is coated and connected with a gypsum board sealing layer to form a rectangular board; one part of the first connecting keel is fixed between the outer-layer wall plate and the rectangular plate, and the other part of the first connecting keel is fixed between the inner-layer wall plate and the rectangular plate; the side edge of the gypsum board sealing layer is connected with a cement inserting block and a steel bar fixing strip; a wedging opening is formed in the other side edge of the gypsum board sealing layer, an inserting opening is formed in one side of the second connecting keel in the wedging opening, and the cement inserting block can be inserted into the wedging opening. The prefabricated composite wall can be inserted into another composite wall through the cement inserting blocks and the steel bar fixing strips to be fixed, and reinforced fixing of the prefabricated composite wall can be achieved.
