The invention discloses intelligent equipment for laying a coiled material waterproof layer and a laying method thereof. The intelligent equipment comprises a cement paste supply part; the coiled material supply part comprises a coiled material storage box and a coiled material transfer track, the coiled material transfer track extends forwards from the rear part and is divided into a left track and a right track, and a coiled material cutting tent is arranged near the tail end of the left track; a coiled material cutting track is arranged on the lower surface of a ceiling of the coiled material cutting tent, and a plurality of coiled material clamping units and coiled material cutting units are arranged on the coiled material cutting track; a plurality of common coiled material conveying units and special-shaped coiled material conveying units are arranged on the coiled material transferring track and are used for cutting, transferring and supplying coiled materials; the auxiliary cleaning part is used for carrying out surface preparation and bottom layer treatment procedures; and the coiled material paving part is used for completing the working procedures of clamping, placing, compacting and film tearing of the coiled material. According to the coiled material paving and pasting device, the working procedures of pretreatment, cutting, paving and pasting and the like in coiled material paving and pasting construction can be highly integrated, all the working procedures are effectively and orderly conducted, and the paving and pasting efficiency and paving and pasting quality are improved.
