The invention relates to a fabricated wallboard and a mounting method thereof. The fabricated wallboard comprises a net rack, a plurality of base plates, a plurality of decorative plates and micelles. According to the assembly type wallboard, the net rack is installed on the wall body, the base plate is installed on the side, away from the wall body, of the net rack, the micelles are injected into the glue injection grooves through the glue injection holes, and the side faces of the multiple decorative plates abut against one another, are flatly laid and are fixed to the base plate, due to the fact that the net rack is installed on the surface of the wall body, and the base plate installed on the net rack is supported through the micelles; according to the decorative wallboard, the base plate forms a flat mounting surface, so that the side surfaces of a plurality of decorative plates can be propped against each other and flatly laid and fixed on the mounting surface formed by the base plate, the decorative wallboard does not need to be damaged on the side surfaces, and when one decorative plate is damaged and needs to be disassembled and replaced, only the decorative plate needs to be disassembled; the adjacent decorative plates cannot be obstructed, so that the decorative plates can be maintained and replaced in a targeted manner, the service life of the fabricated wallboard is prolonged, and the replacement and maintenance efficiency of the fabricated wallboard is improved.
