The invention relates to a foaming floor and a preparation method thereof. The foaming floor comprises a foaming surface layer and a foaming bottom layer, the foaming surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 90 parts of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) resin, 20 to 30 parts of ground calcium carbonate, 12 to 20 parts of modifier, 10 to 16 parts of chain extender, 2 to 10 parts of foaming agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of internal lubricant and 0.5 to 3 parts of external lubricant; the foaming bottom layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of PET resin, 6-10 parts of a modifier, 2-8 parts of a chain extender, 1-5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-3 parts of an internal lubricant and 0.5-3 parts of an external lubricant. According to the foaming floor, the mode that the foaming surface layer and the foaming bottom layer are combined is adopted, compared with a traditional single-layer floor, the floor of a double-layer structure is not prone to buckling deformation along with temperature changes in four seasons, bumps are not prone to occurring in the using process, and good mechanical stability is achieved.
