The invention belongs to the field of coke ovens in coking plants, and particularly relates to a coke oven environment-friendly greenhouse which is characterized by comprising end beams, stand columns, a ceiling and side sheds, the ceiling is of a flat-top or vault steel pipe truss structure, and the area where a coke oven is located is covered with the lower portion of the ceiling; the top of the ceiling is sealed by a steel plate; and the side sheds are respectively arranged along the machine side and the coke side of the coke oven and are connected with the ceiling in a lug lifting manner. The greenhouse has the beneficial effects that (1) the greenhouse span bearing structure adopts a steel pipe truss structure form, and the two sides are closed and adopt a lifting lug form, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, the manufacturing period is shortened, and the stability of the sealing performance is improved; (2) the truss structure is reasonable in design, can be manufactured in factories and installed on site, is beneficial to batch production and reduces the manufacturing cost; and (3) the closed steel structure greenhouse is adopted, so that the closing effect of the top of the greenhouse is remarkably enhanced, the problem that pollution gas is scattered in the production process of the coke oven is solved, and the blank in the field is filled.
本发明属于焦化厂焦炉领域,尤其涉及一种焦炉环保大棚,其特征在于,包括端梁、立柱、顶棚和侧棚,其中:顶棚为平顶或拱顶的钢管桁架结构,顶棚的下方笼罩住焦炉所在区域;所述顶棚的顶部采用钢板封闭;侧棚沿焦炉的机侧和焦侧分别设置,与顶棚采用挑耳方式相连接。本发明的有益效果是:1)大棚跨间承重结构采用了钢管桁架结构形式,两侧封闭采用挑耳形式,在降低制作成本和周期的同时,提高了密封性能的稳定性;2)桁架结构设计合理,可在工厂制作,现场安装,有利于批量化生产,降低制作成本;3)本发明采用了封闭的钢结构大棚,显著加强了大棚顶部的封闭效果,从而解决了焦炉生产过程中污染气体外散的问题,填补了此领域的空白。
