The invention discloses a vertical circulation stereo garage provided with a chain breakage anti-falling device and an overload limiter, the vertical circulation stereo garage comprises two frame pieces, each frame piece is connected with a transversely arranged main rotating shaft, and the chain breakage anti-falling device comprises a brake disc coaxially installed on the main rotating shaft and a plurality of brake devices located on one frame piece of the vertical circulation stereo garage; the top end of each frame piece is movably connected with a lifting adjusting plate, each lifting adjusting plate is provided with a tooth-shaped driven rotation assembly, and the bottom end of each frame piece is connected with a circulating chain shifting wheel. The circulating chain driving wheel and the tooth-shaped driven rotary assembly on each frame piece are connected with a large circulating chain; the overload limiter comprises a plurality of weight sensors, and the frame pieces are connected with the lifting adjusting plate through the weight sensors. According to the invention, the load condition of the vehicle carrying frame on the two circulation large chains of the vertical circulation stereo garage in the operation state can be accurately monitored at any time, and effective braking is realized when the circulation large chains stall.
