Mine underground blasting flying dust intelligent processing device and method thereof
The invention relates to an intelligent treatment device and method for mine underground blasting flying dust, and belongs to the technical field of underground dust removal. Comprising a servo motor and a winding and unwinding roller which are fixed to the top of a roadway through a fixing hanging bracket, the servo motor is connected with the winding and unwinding roller, a sealing dust removal assembly is wound around the winding and unwinding roller, and when powered on, a sealing electromagnet is matched with the sealing dust removal assembly, and the sealing dust removal assembly is used for sealing a roadway opening and stopping flying dust; the dust collection assembly is used for collecting dust on the sealed dust removal assembly; the PLC control cabinet is electrically connected with the servo motor, the absolute encoder, the sealed dust removal assembly and the dust collection assembly. The device can effectively treat the flying dust, ensures that the underground flying dust does not pollute a ventilation system, ensures the safety of underground operating personnel, and plays an important role in improving the environmental protection treatment of mines.
本发明涉及矿山井下爆破扬尘智能处理装置及其方法,属于井下除尘技术领域。包括伺服电机和收放滚筒通过固定吊架固定于巷道顶部,伺服电机与收放滚筒连接,收放滚筒上缠绕有密封除尘组件,在通电时,密封电磁铁与密封除尘组件配合,密封除尘组件用于对巷道口进行密封,并阻拦扬尘;收尘组件用于将密封除尘组件上的灰尘进行收集;PLC控制柜分别与伺服电机、绝对式编码器、密封除尘组件、收尘组件电连接。该发明能有效的对扬尘进行有效处理,保证井下扬尘不污染通风系统,保障井下作业人员安全,对提高矿山环保治理有着重要作用。
