The waterproof gypsum board comprises a board core containing hydrogen-containing silicone oil, upper surface protection paper and lower surface protection paper, the upper surface protection paper and the lower surface protection paper are attached to the upper side and the lower side of the board core respectively, and the board core has an internal waterproof function through the hydrogen-containing silicone oil; a silicon rubber film is arranged on the bottom surface of the lower surface protection paper, the silicon rubber film is a waterproof film, and the lower surface protection paper has an external waterproof function through the silicon rubber film. The gypsum board has the good water absorption prevention characteristic and good air permeability, a small amount of sucked water vapor can conveniently leave from the upper surface protection paper, the bonding effect between the board core and the lower surface protection paper cannot be affected, and the supporting performance of the gypsum board is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种防水石膏板及其制备工艺，包括具有含氢硅油的板芯以及分别贴合在所述板芯上下两侧的上护面纸、下护面纸其中，所述含氢硅油使得所述板芯具有内部防水功能；所述下护面纸(的底面设置有硅橡胶膜，所述硅橡胶膜为防水膜，所述硅橡胶膜使得所述下护面纸具有外部防水功能。发明实现了石膏板具有良好的防吸水特征，且具有良好的透气性，便于吸入的少量水气从上护面纸处离开，不会影响板芯与下护面纸之间的粘结效果，保证其支撑性能。
