Chlor-alkali industry'three wastes' resource utilization method and device
The invention relates to the technical field of'three wastes' treatment, and discloses a'three wastes' resource recycling method and device for chlor-alkali industry, and the device mainly comprises a comprehensive filter and various treatment units. The method comprises the following steps: (1) filtering and washing salt slurry generated in a brine refining process through a comprehensive filter, recovering filtrate and distributing water for use, and then adding water to prepare slurry with the solid content of 30%; (2) conveying the slurry with the solid content of 30% to a slurry tank, adding the slurry into a desulfurization tower, filtering and washing the desulfurized gypsum slurry through a comprehensive filter, conveying the slurry into a vacuum belt, and using high-quality gypsum for producing cement; (3) feeding the filtering and washing liquid into a comprehensive filter, adding waste alkali liquid into the comprehensive filter, carrying out air bubbling for 50 minutes, filtering, adding ethanol for washing, and utilizing magnesium hydroxide as a product; (4) pumping the filtrate (alkaline brine) obtained in the step (3) into a concentration tower, and concentrating the alkaline brine in the concentration tower by utilizing a low-quality heat source and hot air until the salt content is 290g/L; and (5) conveying the concentrated alkaline brine to a brine ammonia removal tank for producing ionic membrane caustic soda. According to the method disclosed by the invention, high-quality chemical products such as gypsum, saline water and magnesium hydroxide are obtained after the three wastes such as the salty mud, the waste alkali and the flue gas are treated, and the double benefits of environmental protection and consumption reduction are realized at the same time.
本发明涉及“三废”处理技术领域,公开了一种氯碱产业的“三废”资源化回收利用的方法及装置,该装置主要是一种综合过滤器及各处理单元。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将盐水精制过程中产生的盐泥浆通过综合过滤器过滤、洗涤,回收滤液配水使用,然后加水制成含固量30%的浆液;(2)将含固量30%的浆液输送至浆液池,加入脱硫塔,脱硫石膏浆液通过综合过滤器过滤、洗涤后,送入真空皮带,优质石膏用于生产水泥;(3)将过滤与洗涤液送入综合过滤器,在综合过滤器中加入废碱液,空气鼓泡50min后过滤,加入乙醇洗涤后,氢氧化镁作为产品利用;(4)将步骤(3)得到的滤液(碱性盐水)泵入浓缩塔,在浓缩塔内利用低品质热源、热空气浓缩碱性盐水至含盐量290g/L;(5)将浓缩后的碱性盐水输送到卤水除氨池,用于生产离子膜烧碱。本发明以对盐泥、废碱、烟气等“三废”处理后,得到了高质量的石膏、盐水和氢氧化镁等化工产品,同时实现了环保、降耗双收益。

According to the method disclosed by the invention, high-quality chemical products such as gypsum, saline water and magnesium hydroxide are obtained after the three wastes such as the salty mud, the waste alkali and the flue gas are treated, and the double benefits of environmental protection and consumption reduction are realized at the same time.
