The invention discloses an anti-crack and anti-impact hybrid fiber concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete preparation, by mixing and doping two different scale grades of macroscopic fibers and nanoscale fibers, the synergistic effect of concrete performance can be enhanced on different scales, and the anti-crack and anti-impact hybrid fiber concrete is obtained. The compressive strength, the splitting tensile strength, the wear resistance and the impact resistance are all remarkably improved, and the concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 250-300 parts of coarse aggregate, 100-150 parts of fine aggregate, 50-100 parts of cement, 0-30 parts of superfine fly ash, 0.1-0.5 part of carbon nanofibers, 0.1-1.0 part of PVA fibers, 30-40 parts of water, 0.1-0.8 part of a water reducing agent and 0.01-0.1 part of a dispersing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: treating CNFs by using a dispersing agent and a water reducing agent, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the formed suspension, and stirring all the components in a stirrer to obtain the CNFs and PVA fiber hybrid fiber concrete.
