The zirconium oxide composite ceramic comprises the following phases in percentage by weight: 92-99 wt.% of yttrium-stabilized tetragonal phase zirconium oxide and 1-8 wt.% of titanium-based composite oxide, wherein the molecular general formula of the titanium-based composite oxide comprises Ti (1-x-y) MxAyO (2-x-0. 5y), x is equal to 0 or x is greater than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.1, y is equal to 0 or y is greater than or equal to 0.01 and less than or equal to 0.1, and x and y are not 0 at the same time. The zirconia composite ceramic is high in color purity, strong in visual impact and excellent in anti-falling performance, and can be used for providing an electronic equipment shell assembly with an extremely high appearance identification degree.
