Preparation method of ceramic-based composite material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of a porous CMC prefabricated body, preparation of slurry, preparation of a C/SiC-HfC composite material intermediate, preparation of a C/SiC-HfC-C composite material intermediate, preparation of an HfC ceramic precursor, preparation of a SiC ceramic precursor and preparation of ZrC ceramic. The invention further relates to a ceramic-based composite material, the ceramic-based composite material comprises a carbon fiber reinforced phase and a SiC-HfC-ZrC ceramic matrix phase, and the matrix phase is of a core-shell structure with HfC as a core and SiC-ZrC as a shell. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the introduced ceramic powder slurry and the matrix form an ultrahigh-temperature component with a core-shell structure, so that the ablation resistance of the matrix is improved, and the densification efficiency is high. The prepared three-phase ceramic-based composite material is excellent in mechanical property, low in preparation cost, convenient to operate, low in energy consumption and environmentally friendly, and the preparation period of the ceramic-based composite material is greatly shortened.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷基复合材料制备方法,包括多孔CMC预制体制备、浆料制备、C/SiC‑HfC复合材料中间体制备、C/SiC‑HfC‑C复合材料中间体制备、HfC陶瓷前驱体制备、SiC陶瓷前驱体制备、ZrC陶瓷制备的过程。还涉及一种陶瓷基复合材料,包括碳纤维增强相、SiC‑HfC‑ZrC陶瓷基体相,基体相是以HfC为核、SiC‑ZrC为壳的核壳结构。本发明制备方法引入的陶瓷粉末浆料,基体形成核壳结构的超高温组元,提升了基体抗烧蚀能力,致密化效率高。制备的三相陶瓷基复合材料力学性能优,制备成本低、操作方便、能耗低、绿色环保,大大缩短了陶瓷基复合材料的制备周期。
