Base layer and surface layer cooperatively assembled road pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides a road pavement structure formed by cooperatively splicing a base layer and a surface layer and a construction method of the road pavement structure. The road pavement structure cooperatively spliced by the base layer and the surface layer comprises an assembly type base layer, an assembly type surface layer and vertical connecting components, the assembly type base layer comprises a plurality of prefabricated base layer plates, and the prefabricated base layer plates are spliced on the same layer; the assembly type surface layer is stacked above the assembly type base layer and comprises a plurality of prefabricated surface layer plates, the prefabricated surface layer plates are spliced on the same layer, and each prefabricated surface layer plate is provided with a plurality of groove holes; and one end of the vertical connecting component is pre-embedded in the prefabricated base layer plate, and the other end of the vertical connecting component is embedded in the slotted hole of the prefabricated surface layer plate. According to the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the vertical connecting components, the connecting strength between the base layer and the surface layer is enhanced, and the integrity, stability and reliability of the road are improved, so that the maintenance time required by the road is shortened, a lifting point is provided for the assembly of the assembly type base layer, certain transverse constraint is provided for the assembly type base layer, and the flatness of the road is improved.
