Fabricated formwork for secondary grouting and adjustment of bridge shock insulation rubber support
The invention relates to a bridge construction technology, in particular to an assembly type formwork for secondary grouting and adjustment of a bridge shock insulation rubber support. Comprising four steel formworks (1) which are mutually encircled, a sliding platform (5) which expands outwards is arranged in the center of the top of each steel formwork (1), a sliding block (6) is arranged in each sliding platform (5), and the sliding distance of each sliding block (6) in the sliding platform (5) is controlled through a horizontal adjusting lead screw (7) which is horizontally arranged in the sliding platform (5). A vertical adjusting lead screw (8) and a support limiting plate guide rod (9) are vertically arranged on the top of the sliding block (6), and a support limiting supporting plate (10) is arranged on the top of the vertical adjusting lead screw (8) and the top of the support limiting plate guide rod (9). The device facilitates adjustment of the support, is high in adjustment precision, and facilitates grouting and installation quality of the support.
