The invention discloses a connecting joint of a truss type supporting frame and a steel beam and a construction method.The connecting joint comprises the steel beam, the truss type supporting frame and an end connecting piece, the end connecting piece is fixedly connected with a web of the steel beam, and the end of an upper chord of the truss type supporting frame is connected with the end connecting piece; the end connecting piece comprises an end plate, a pressure bearing plate, a side plate, a pressure bearing piece and an adjusting piece, the pressure bearing plate and the side plate are vertically arranged, the cross section of the pressure bearing plate and the cross section of the side plate are in an L shape or a T shape, the pressure bearing piece is arranged on the pressure bearing plate, and through holes penetrating through the pressure bearing piece and the pressure bearing plate vertically are formed in the pressure bearing piece and the pressure bearing plate; the adjusting piece comprises an adjusting bolt and a supporting plate, the end of the upper chord of the truss type supporting frame is placed on the supporting plate, and the height of the supporting plate can be vertically adjusted by screwing the adjusting bolt so as to drive the adjustment of the vertical height of the end of the upper chord of the truss type supporting frame. The device is simple in structure and easy to install and operate, stress models of the structure are all in a pressure state in the whole process, and the possibility of safety accidents is reduced.
