Each auxiliary stand column comprises a base connected with the fixing base in a clamped mode, a top plate is arranged on the upper side of the base, a pair of stand columns is connected between the base and the top plate, the stand columns are fixedly connected with a plurality of evenly-distributed supporting tables, the supporting tables of the stand columns are connected with a shroud ring and a wire bunching base respectively, and the two ends of the shroud ring are connected with clamping bolts matched with the wire bunching base. A threading hole matched with the shroud ring is formed in the supporting table; the buffering bags are connected among the surrounding belts, the fence with the high buffering effect can be conveniently and rapidly erected during temporary construction, the buffering bags can further improve the buffering effect under the emergency condition, meanwhile, the fence gives an alarm, and the safety of a construction site is easily guaranteed.
