The lock cylinder structure comprises the lock shell, a key and a transmission lock plate, the transmission lock plate is connected with a shaft core, the shaft core and the lock shell are rotationally connected in a sleeved mode through a clamping ring, a password cylinder in a non-full-circle shape is inserted into the shaft core, and the password cylinder and the shaft core cannot rotate relative to each other. The shaft core is at least divided into two areas with different sizes, a through groove is formed in at least one side of the area with the small size on the shaft core, the side portion of the code core extends out of the through groove and then is connected with the lock shell in a clamped mode, and the code core is wrapped by the shaft core on the area with the large size on the shaft core. The password cylinder and the key only need to be matched with one shaft core in use, a traditional lock shell only needs to be matched with the shape of the shaft core to complete transformation of a new lock cylinder, application of existing locks of various standards and structures can be met, and popularization is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种可适配多种锁壳的锁芯结构,包括锁壳、钥匙、传动锁片,传动锁片与轴芯连接,轴芯与锁壳之间通过卡环形成转动套接,所述轴芯内插接有非整圆形态的密码芯,即两者之间无法相对转动,所述轴芯至少分为尺寸不同的两个区域,在轴芯上尺寸小的区域上至少一侧开有贯通槽,且密码芯的侧部延伸至贯通槽外部后与锁壳卡接,在轴芯上尺寸大的区域上轴芯包裹在密码芯外部,本申请的密码芯和钥匙的使用仅需要配合一个轴芯,传统锁壳仅需要适配轴芯的形状即可完成使用新锁芯的改造,能够满足现有的多种标准和结构的锁具应用,利于推广。
