The present disclosure provides a drive device of a swing door, the drive device including: a drive shaft linearly movable; a driving housing rotatably disposed around the driving shaft; and a conversion mechanism converting a linear movement of the drive shaft into a rotational movement of the drive housing, in which the conversion mechanism includes a first spiral groove provided in an outer surface of the drive shaft, a second spiral groove provided in an inner surface of the drive housing, and a plurality of balls interposed between the first spiral groove and the second spiral groove.
