The invention discloses a four-point suspension damping system capable of being used for a ground auger, and relates to the field of agriculture and forestry machinery. The shock absorber comprises an operation assembly, a rack, a connecting support, a base, a front-back connecting pipe, a left-right connecting pipe, a shock absorber, a shock absorber front cover, a shock absorber rear cover, a shock absorbing base and shock absorbing holes. Due to the fact that the shock absorber is arranged between the operation assembly and the machine frame, the shock absorber is independently hung between the operation assembly and the machine frame, and the shock absorption holes are formed in the shock absorber, the shock absorber is newly designed, and therefore the shock absorber has the advantages that shock during operation can be well absorbed, and an operator can operate the shock absorber comfortably and stably.
