The fixing component is connected between the end opening of the outer-layer pipeline and the end opening of the inner-layer pipeline so that the inner-layer pipeline can be supported in the outer-layer pipeline, and by means of the saline-alkali soil water conservancy improvement structure, it can be avoided that much silt enters the concealed pipe along with water flow.
