Method for preparing lithium feldspar tailing cemented filling body doped with basalt fibers and carbon nanotubes
The invention provides a method for preparing a basalt fiber and carbon nanotube doped lithium feldspar tailing cemented filling body, which comprises the following steps: S1, taking carboxylated carbon nanotubes and PVP (Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone), adding a first part of water, stirring to obtain a primary carbon nanotube suspension, adding a silane coupling agent, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain a carbon nanotube suspension; s2, taking the lithium feldspar tailings and basalt fibers as aggregates and cement as a cementing material, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture; s3, adding the carbon nanotube suspension into the first mixture, and stirring again to obtain a second mixture; s4, adding a second part of water into the second mixture, and stirring again to obtain slurry with a certain solid content; and S5, pouring the slurry into a mold, and maintaining to obtain the lithium feldspar tailing cemented filling body doped with the basalt fibers and the carbon nanotubes. According to the method, the bending strength of the filling body can be remarkably improved, the compressive strength is improved, and the consumption of fibers is reduced.
本发明提供一种制备掺玄武岩纤维和碳纳米管的锂长石尾砂胶结充填体的方法,包括:步骤S1、取羧基化碳纳米管,PVP,并加第一部分水,搅拌后得到初步碳纳米管悬浮液,再加入硅烷偶联剂,超声得到碳纳米管悬浮液;步骤S2、取锂长石尾砂和玄武岩纤维作为骨料,水泥为胶凝材料,搅拌均匀得到第一混合物;步骤S3、将碳纳米管悬浮液加入第一混合物中并再次搅拌得到第二混合物;步骤S4、将第二部分水加入第二混合物中并再次搅拌,得到一定固含量的料浆;步骤S5、将料浆倒入模具中并进行养护,即得到掺玄武岩纤维和碳纳米管的锂长石尾砂胶结充填体。本发明的方法能够显著改善充填体的抗弯强度,提高抗压强度减少纤维的用量。
