The cement-based composite material provided by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 400 to 600 parts of cement, 300 to 500 parts of fly ash, 30 to 100 parts of KH550 modified rubber powder, 40 to 100 parts of aragonite type calcium carbonate whisker, 20 to 50 parts of KH560 modified basalt fiber, 15 to 40 parts of KH792 modified polypropylene fiber and 200 to 300 parts of water, the invention further provides fair-faced concrete prepared from the cement-based composite material. The cement-based composite material provided by the invention is high in tensile strength and toughness and low in elastic modulus and shrinkage rate, and the fair-faced concrete prepared from the cement-based composite material has very good crack resistance.
