The invention relates to the technical field of silicon nitride production, and discloses a silicon nitride multiphase material preparation method and preparation equipment based on a self-propagating combustion synthesis method.The silicon nitride multiphase material preparation equipment comprises a ball mill and a driving device, a rotating tank is arranged on the ball mill, a conveying device is arranged below the rotating tank, and a vertical frame is arranged below a discharging opening of the conveying device; the ground and mixed raw materials fall onto an inclined filter plate, and grinding balls conveyed along with the ground and mixed raw materials fall down to hit the inclined filter plate, so that the inclined filter plate vibrates, the qualified ground raw materials move downwards and enter a round box through a material pipe under the guidance of an inclined plate; the raw materials entering the round box can be scraped by the moving plate which rotates and moves to enter the material receiving box, so that a user can directly take out the material receiving box and send the material receiving box to be fired, grinding balls and the raw materials can be separated, meanwhile, the raw materials can be screened in an auxiliary mode through impact of the grinding balls, and meanwhile the raw materials can be rapidly placed into a mold.
本发明涉及氮化硅生产的技术领域,且公开了一种基于自蔓延燃烧合成法的氮化硅复相材料制备方法及制备设备,包括球磨机与驱动装置,球磨机上设置有旋转罐,旋转罐下方设置有输送装置,输送装置出料口下方设置有竖框,研磨混合后的原料落入倾斜过滤板上,而随着研磨混合后的原料一起输送的研磨球下落会击打倾斜过滤板,这样就可以使倾斜过滤板发生震动,研磨合格的原料就会向下移动通过斜板的导向使原料通过料管进入圆盒内,启动旋转电机后,进入圆盒内的原料就会被旋转移动的移动板刮动进入接料盒内,这样用户就可以直接将接料盒取出送去烧制处理,这样就可以将研磨球与原料进行分离的同时利用研磨球的撞击辅助筛选原料,同时可以快速将原料放入模具内。
