The invention discloses a road base for a maglev vehicle and the maglev vehicle, the maglev vehicle is rotatably provided with a maglev device, and the maglev device rotates to generate magnetic force relative to the road base so as to realize suspension; the road base comprises a base body which is provided with a driving area and a stopping area; the magnetic induction pieces are arranged in the driving area and the stopping area correspondingly, and the magnetic induction pieces are suitable for being in magnetic mutual exclusion with the rotated magnetic suspension device so as to drive the magnetic suspension vehicle to be suspended; the rolling piece is arranged in the stopping area, selectively makes contact with the magnetic suspension device and rotates along with the magnetic suspension device. According to the road base designed by the invention, the rolling piece is rotatably arranged in the stop area of the base body, the rolling piece is selectively in contact with the magnetic suspension device and rotates along with the magnetic suspension device, so that a magnetic suspension vehicle can suspend in situ in the stop area, and meanwhile, the friction coefficient between the magnetic suspension device and the rolling piece is small; therefore, the service life of the magnetic suspension device can be prolonged.
