The embodiment of the invention discloses a road intersection confluence structure and a confluence control system. The road intersection confluence structure comprises a main road, an entrance ramp and an exit ramp, the main road is provided with a plurality of lanes, the outermost lane of the main road is sequentially provided with an exit connector and an entrance connector along the driving direction, and the outermost lane of the main road is provided with an isolation area between the exit connector and the entrance connector, so that the outermost lane of the main road between the exit connector and the entrance connector is an impassable isolation lane; the outlet connector is connected with an outlet ramp, and the inlet connector is connected with an inlet ramp; an afflux section is arranged in front of the inlet connector; and a confluence section is arranged behind the outlet connector. The system comprises the structure, an electronic lane changing line, a lane changing line regulation and control structure, monitoring equipment and a controller. The controller controls the lane changing line regulation and control structure to regulate and control the electronic lane changing lines to be solid lines partially and dotted lines partially according to the traffic flow and the vehicle speed of the main road monitored by the monitoring equipment. The embodiment of the invention is simple in structure and can effectively relieve the problem of traffic jam.
