The evaluation method for the grouting reinforcement effect of the cement concrete pavement comprises the steps that before grouting, S1.1, a plurality of test points are arranged in an evaluation road section; s1.2, collecting deflection basin data of each test point by adopting a falling weight type deflection meter; s1.3, calculating the comprehensive equivalent resilience modulus EFi of the test point before grouting; and S1.4, the comprehensive equivalent resilience modulus EFi is corrected, and a correction value EF is obtained. S2.1, collecting deflection basin data of each test point by adopting a drop weight type deflection meter; s2.2, calculating the comprehensive equivalent resilience modulus EBi of the test point after grouting; and S2.3, the comprehensive equivalent resilience modulus EBi is corrected, and a correction value EB is obtained. And S3, according to the correction values EF and EB, an evaluation result of the grouting reinforcement effect is output. According to the evaluation method, the accuracy of the evaluation result can be effectively improved.
本发明的水泥混凝土路面的注浆加固效果的评价方法,包括:注浆前:S1.1、在评价路段内设置多个测试点;S1.2、采用落锤式沉弯仪采集每个测试点的弯沉盆数据;S1.3、计算出注浆前的测试点的综合当量回弹模量EFi;S1.4、对综合当量回弹模量EFi进行修正,得到修正值EF。注浆后:S2.1、采用落锤式沉弯仪采集每个测试点的弯沉盆数据;S2.2、计算出注浆后的测试点的综合当量回弹模量EBi;S2.3、对综合当量回弹模量EBi进行修正,得到修正值EB。评价:S3、根据修正值EF和EB,输出注浆加固效果的评价结果。本发明的评价方法能够有效提高评价结果的准确性。
