The invention discloses a road maintenance crack filling device which comprises a crack expanding part and a crack pouring part, the crack expanding part comprises a vehicle plate, and the top surface of the vehicle plate is fixedly connected with a bin body. The crack expanding part is arranged to preprocess narrow cracks in the lower portion of a road, the crack expanding drill bit is arranged to expand the cracks, and due to the fact that the crack expanding drill bit is in a conical shape, the cracks can be expanded to be in the shape with the wide upper portion and the narrow lower portion, and asphalt can easily flow to the bottom when being poured; the stirring assembly is arranged in the material bin on the crack pouring component and is driven by the driving assembly, the driving assembly realizes forward and reverse rotation driving, and a driving hollow shaft and a driven hollow shaft on the stirring assembly are always opposite in rotating direction, so that stirring in two directions is always kept in the material bin in cooperation with forward and reverse rotation driving provided by the driving assembly; and the stirring direction is continuously changed, so that the asphalt in the material bin can consistently keep relatively good flowability and can better flow towards the lower part of the crack during filling, and the filling effect is ensured.
